Hatha Yoga

Yin Yoga

INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:10
Yin Yoga is a slow paced, quiet yet powerful practice. You will focus on the deep connective tissues by holding poses for several minutes and using the breath. The movements are slower paced, presenting a mental as well as physical challenge. Yin Yoga is a profound practice with powerful physical, emotional and energetic effects.

Bootcamp Class

Bootcamp is a class that combines high intensity cardio exercises and strength training. It's a whole-body workout that builds muscle and improves endurance. Through a challenging and varied workout develop your speed, stamina and coordination.
