By booking or climbing with us you agree tothese terms, our gym rules (displayed at reception and on our website) and theacknowledgement of risk you complete when you register. If anything hereconflicts with specific terms for a course, event or party, those specificterms apply.
1. About us and these terms
These terms apply when you use our website, buy a session, pass or membership, or climb at The Nest. You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it — for example by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access or scraping content. We work to keepinformation on the site accurate, but opening hours, prices and timetables canchange; the booking system shows the current position.
All content on the site, including text, photos, logos and branding, belongs to us or our licensors andmay not be copied without permission. Links to other websites are provided forconvenience and we are not responsible for their content.
3. Bookings and payment
Bookings, passes and memberships are sold through our booking platform, Clava. A contract is formed when we confirm your booking by email. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. We may refuse or cancel a booking where a price was clearly displayed in error, and will refund any payment in full.
4. Your right to cancel
If you buy a membership or multi-visit pass online, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel for a full refund. If you askto start using it within those 14 days and then cancel, we may deduct a fair amount for the visits or time used.
This 14-day right does not apply to bookings for a specific date and time, such as a single climbing session,induction, course date or party, because these are leisure services booked for a set date.
5. Changing or cancelling a session booking
You can rebook or cancel a class or session free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. Cancellations made within 24 hours, and no-shows, are not refundable. [Parties, courses and events: add deposit and refund rules if different.] If we have to cancel a session, we will offer you a new date or a full refund.

7. Before you climb
Climbing and bouldering carry a risk of injury, including serious injury. Everyone must register and complete our acknowledgement of risk before climbing. New climbers must complete an induction or show our staff that they can climb safely. You must:
• tell us honestly about any health condition that may affect your safety, and not climb if you are unwell or under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• follow our gym rules, safety signage and staff instructions at all times;
• look out for other climbers, keep fall zones clear and never climb above or below someone else;
• take responsibility for your own actions and for the people you supervise.
8. Children & young people
Climbers under 18 must be supervised at all times by a registered adult who has completed our induction, unless they are on a staff-led session or have been approved to climb unsupervised. Climbers aged 14 to 17 may climb unsupervised once they have passed a junior assessment withone of our coaches and a parent or guardian has given consent. The supervising adult or parent accepts these terms on the young person's behalf.
9. Behaviour & entry
We may refuse entry or ask anyone to leavewho behaves unsafely, abusively or in breach of our rules. In those cases weare not obliged to give a refund. We want The Nest to be welcoming for everyone, and discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.

12. Our responsibility to you
We take reasonable care to maintain our walls, holds, matting and equipment and to run the gym safely. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. This includes your statutory rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, we are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. Your acknowledgement of risk confirms you understand the inherent risks of climbing; it does not remove our duty to take reasonable care.
13. Courses, events, parties and corporate bookings
