Our Classes

Whatever your style —we've got it. Lets get to work.

Eight classes, each with its own pace, purpose and personality. Get ready to be pushed past what you thought you were capable of.

Hatha Yoga

The entry point to yoga for many people, but tailored to all levels. 10-second to 1 minute holds, with time to settle into and explore each posture. Hatha gives you the space to connect mind and breath with posture.

Vinyasa Yoga

Dynamic and movement based with a focus on the flow between sequences of postures. A more powerful flow, popular with climbers for hips, shoulders and holding tension.

Yin Yoga

Long holds, deep tissue fascia lengthening and working with stillness. internal and introspective, an antidote to a desk day or heavy session on the wall. Leave feeling restored, recentred and ready for bed.

Strength

Programmed kettlebell work — squats, swings, presses and pulls. Prepare to be challenged physically, tested mentally, and leave in a sweat.

Bootcamp

A high octane circuit-based workout. Full-body and hard in the best way. Everything scales to your level, but don’t expect to coast.

Core

A thirty-minute core burner. Planks, V-Ups, leg raise variations and oblique activation work: simple movements done properly.

HIIT

A high octane circuit-based workout. 45 minutes of max effort bodyweight intervals: a serious cardio hit with an even more serious sweat. A true calorie shredder.

Afro Dance

Afrobeats and Amapiano choreography. No experience needed, just water and a friend with fewer inhibitions. Great for date nights, one-offs and trying something new.
