Facility Overview


Here at The Nest we believe in a balanced approach to fitness. We've therefore gone the extra mile with a spacious fitness studio and fully equipped gym.

Studio & Classes

We run regular fitness classes in our dedicated studio including Yoga, Kettlebells and Circuits. Our class timings can be found below. 


Our gym has everything you need for an excellent workout. With a full set of high quality free weights (dumbbells & kettlebells), a squat rack with over 200kg of plates, rowing machine, bikes, pull-up bars and TRX trainer.

We also offer personal training. Please see the bottom of the page for more details.

Yoga Class

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a popular form of physical activity and type of mind-body exercise. A regular yoga practice can improve strength, flexibility and balance. Reduce stress, anxiety and provide many therapeutic benefits as well.


Strength Circuits

PRICE: £10 (free for members)

DURATION: 60mins


Build strength, power and balance with our Strength Circuit class. Amrit will introduce you to the world of strength training movements, with a full body workout developing core strength, muscle stabilisation and coordination. 

Personal Training


If you're looking for a tailored, planned approach to your fitness you could benefit from some personal training. We offer personal training at The Nest, with exclusive use of the fitness studio for PT sessions.
