Yoga Class

Hatha Yoga

PRICE: £10 (free for members)

DURATION: 60mins

INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:10

Hatha Yoga is a popular form of physical activity and type of mind-body exercise. A regular yoga practice can improve strength, flexibility and balance. Reduce stress, anxiety and provide many therapeutic benefits as well.

Meditation

Yin Yoga

PRICE: £10 (free for members)

DURATION: 60mins

INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:10

Yin Yoga is a slow paced, quiet yet powerful practice. You will focus on the deep connective tissues by holding poses for several minutes and using the breath. The movements are slower paced, presenting a mental as well as physical challenge. Yin Yoga is a profound practice with powerful physical, emotional and energetic effects.

Vinyasa Yoga

In Vinyasa Yoga, sequences of poses come together in a dynamic movement flow, led by the breath. Slightly faster paced than Hatha, this class is a great way to get the life force energy flowing.

Build strength, power and balance with our Strength Class. Amrit will introduce you to the world of strength training movements, with a full body workout developing core strength, muscle stabilisation and coordination.

Workout Lesson

Bootcamp  Class

PRICE: £10 (free for members)

DURATION: 60mins

INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:10

Bootcamp is a class that combines high intensity cardio exercises and strength training. It's a whole-body workout that builds muscle and improves endurance. Through challenging and varied circuit training develop your speed, stamina and coordination.

This class is a challenging mix of core-strengthening exercises mixed with functional movements and cardio workouts to get your blood pumping faster and build a stronger core!

High Intensity Interval Training is a great way to pack in an explosive workout in an efficient 45mins! Combining strength and aerobic capacity, HIIT training is a great body weight explosive class to get your heart pumping.
