Here at The Nest we believe in a balanced approach to fitness. We've therefore gone the extra mile with a spacious fitness studio and fully equipped gym.

Studio + Classes


We run regular fitness classes in our dedicated studio including Yoga, Kettlebells and Circuits. Our class timings can be found below. 

Gym

Our gym has everything you need for an excellent workout. With a full set of high quality free weights (dumbbells & kettlebells), a squat rack with over 200kg of plates, rowing machine, bikes, pull-up bars and TRX trainer.

Hatha Yoga

PRICE: £10 (£8 for members)

DURATION: 60mins

INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:15

Hatha Yoga is a popular form of physical activity and type of mind-body exercise. A regular yoga practice can improve strength, flexibility and balance. Reduce stress, anxiety and provide many therapeutic benefits as well.

Introduction to Kettlebells

PRICE: £10 (£8 for members)

DURATION: 60mins

INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:8

Kettlebells are excellent for building strength, power and promoting balance. The unique shape and dynamic nature of the exercises provides a full body workout whilst focusing on controlled movement. Through a range of functional movements Kettlebells are great for developing  core strength, muscle stabilization and co-ordination. 

Boxercise

PRICE: £10 (£8 for members)

DURATION: 60mins

INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:10

Train like a boxer... with a boxer. A boxing-based fitness, strength and skills class for all levels! Non-contact. Beginners welcome!

Bhangra 

PRICE: £6 (£4 for members)

DURATION: 60mins

INSTRUCTOR RATIO: 1:10

Come join our Bhangra dance class and experience a vibrant fully body cardio workout while having fun too. It's good for your heart, makes you stronger, and it can help with balance and coordination A 30 min class burns up to 250 calories, about the same as jogging!
